Terms of Service

By accessing or using Relay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voxility Pty Ltd ("Voxility", "we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Relay is an AI-powered email assistant that connects to your Gmail or Outlook inbox (via OAuth) to provide: — Intelligent email sorting and prioritisation — AI-generated draft replies written in your communication style — Automatic detection and extraction of bills, invoices, and expenses — Task and action item extraction from email threads — Smart document archiving — Integration with calendar and productivity tools The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period as described at the time of sign-up.

To use Relay, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for: — Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. — All activity that occurs under your account. — Notifying us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use the Service to: — Violate any applicable law or regulation. — Transmit spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited communications. — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network. — Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service. — Use the Service to process data on behalf of third parties without their consent. — Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of this section.

Relay is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise Voxility to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. Free Trial — Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge. Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Price Changes — We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. Refunds — Refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of a charge.

Voxility retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content we create. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. Your Content — You retain ownership of all emails, drafts, and data you create or that pass through the Service. You grant Voxility a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. Feedback — Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Voxility without obligation to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your email content or personal data to third parties. We do not use your email content to train shared AI models without your explicit consent.

Relay integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs), Microsoft Outlook, Slack, and Fireflies.ai. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. Voxility is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before sending.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXILITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOXILITY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voxility and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the United States, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
